Pelican Pool & Patio / Pool cleaning

Orange Park · Fleming Island · Middleburg · Oakleaf

Weekly pool cleaning in Orange Park.

Same day every week. Skimmed, brushed and vacuumed, water tested and corrected, equipment checked, and a note when we leave. Military veteran owned, with a Certified Pool Operator on the route.

What happens on every visit

Not a quick net over the top. A full service, the same way, every week, so problems never get a chance to start.

The water you swim in

  • Surface skimmed, leaves and debris removed
  • Walls, steps and waterline tile brushed
  • Floor vacuumed
  • Skimmer and pump baskets emptied

The part you cannot see

  • Chlorine, pH, alkalinity and stabiliser tested
  • Chemicals added and logged
  • Pump, filter and heater inspected
  • Filter cleans on schedule, not when it is too late

Why people call us

Almost nobody calls because of price. They call because the last person stopped turning up, stopped answering, or left the pool green while still taking the money.

Your visit is on a fixed day. If we cannot make it, you hear from us before you notice. After every visit you get a short message: what we did, what the water read, and anything worth watching. You should never have to walk out and wonder whether anyone came.

Questions we get asked

How much does weekly pool cleaning cost?

It depends on the size of the pool, whether it is screened, and how much shade and foliage it sits under. Call 904-318-1999 and we will give you a price. Most quotes do not need a visit.

Do I need to be home?

No. We only need access to the gate and the equipment. Most customers are at work when we come, which is rather the point.

Are chemicals included?

Standard weekly chemicals are included in the service. Anything unusual, such as a heavy algae treatment after a storm, we tell you about before we do it.

My pool has gone green. Can you fix it?

Yes. That is a one-off recovery clean rather than a weekly visit, and it usually takes a few days of treatment. Call and describe it, and we will tell you honestly what it needs.

What is a Certified Pool Operator?

A recognised certification in water chemistry, filtration and pool safety. It is the difference between someone who tips chlorine in and someone who knows why your pH keeps drifting.
